  7. or companies that engage in and/or derive a profit from the 
  8. distribution of shareware programs.]  If you need to create a two
  9. disk installation package, refer to VENDOR.DOC for instructions.

  11. CASUAL USERS:  Please read the information below if you are 
  12. considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
  13. fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
  14. individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
  15. try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
  16. software for personal use.]

  21. WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
  22. national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
  23. duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
  24. penalties.

  26. The SHAREWARE EDITION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
  27. casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
  28. the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.

  33. ONLY the Shareware Edition may be distributed, and it must be
  34. distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
  35. limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
  36. WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
  37. the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
  38. PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
  39. Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of files is fully 
  40. enumerated in CONTENTS.TXT.

  42. As a general rule, you should pass along a copy of the 
  43. shareware edition you purchased from your disk vendor.  If 
  44. you downloaded a copy of WinCharging from a BBS, you should 
  45. pass along a copy of that ZIP file.

  47. Under no circumstances should you attempt to copy the expanded
  48. WinCharging files from your hard disk and give those to your 
  49. fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be installed 
  50. correctly if it is to run properly.  You do your friends a 
  51. disservice by giving them incomplete copies of a shareware 
  52. program.

  57. You can evaluate the Shareware Edition of WinCharging for a 
  58. period of 60 days.  After that, WinCharging will no longer 
  59. let you enter new records.  You can, however, continue to 
  60. use WinCharging to access your existing data.

  97. Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
  98. Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
  99. assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
  100. against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
  101. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
  102. jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
  103. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
